I started training for the 5K race in May 2014. About one month into my training I started to have severe knee pain to the point it hurt to stand or even walk. I tried taking a natural supplement for joint pain and over the counter pain medication. Chiropractor Dr. Sam Yoder was professional and detailed a plan to get me back to training for my 5K by focusing on adjusting my knees and using stretching techniques. October 2014 I ran a 5K race with no pain! I lost over 40 pounds and I feel great!
